Don't know whether I'm able to create my blog. But this time I think I've been successful.  Still there is not ISP functioning well so I have to rely on my cell phone to do my job . If the comments come, I'll find myself being lucky if not there is one day more.  I've been applying all the instruction but the report says,  'Your URL not available . ' I hope to see a better result this time.
